"I walked into Crossfit my first day and I couldn't even get a 20lb. bar over my head. I was an avid runner and had never lifted weights...ever. I was very scared to try these workouts, and I was afraid I would look manly by lifting weights. My results were the exact opposite though. I now look more slender and toned. I am much stronger, can lift heavy weights, and have high energy. The members are also very encouraging and the trainer is awesome. I have learned to love exercise, and I am very sad when I can't make it. It is something I want to continue for the rest of my life!" -Savanna
